Attached in an excel file are yesterday's ARA Match results. Foster Arvin almost claimed the $275.00 reward for the first 2500 at Chattanooga Rifle Club. Weather was good, overcast with very light winds. Thanks to the twelve who shot with us. Next month is our last match this year and our club tournament. The reward will be $300.00 for first 2500 verified by ARA.

Not just a money game, 1st. place was an Anschutz with the factory trigger group and another factory Annie was 9th. out of 12.. both look to be the least expensive guns there based on the equipment list.

Am I interpreting corectly ???

What kind of rests are most using in this level of competition, 1 piece or two, or both ??

Suprised the equipment lists do not include the rests these days.

There's nothing wrong with an Anchutz action except that it is a little more expensivve to work with, both initial cost and machining. The triggers are great. The winner had a Lilja barrel so his cost was at least comperable with the others. Tthe factory offering in ninth was less expensive, not counting the collectors scope, but the scoring average shows the difference..the factory stock probably hurt his scores the worst.
