Can't get bolt back into turbo action

Wow, how embarrassing! I bought a used (older) Turbo and removed the bolt to clean the barrel. I cannot get the bolt back into the action. Yes, the bolt is cocked, and I have depressed the side button (bolt stop). Pulling the Jewell trigger doesn't help either. Is there some magic to this?

Make sure you haven't rotated the locking lugs the wrong way!!

Not the problem. Gene Beggs was helpful and advising me that the firing pin release needed to be perfectly aligned and that did the trick.
