Can someone ID this rest top?

Got this with some reloading equipment I purchased I dont know the make and or value I have never seen one like it,I looked on the net but had no luck finding it,maybe some of you gentlemen know what it is and what its worth?thanks in advance

Sinclair made those I think. I don't have a clue what the value would be - $100 perhaps.

If so, it is real different from a Bald Eagle for a 3-inch top. All those I ever saw were set up to use the protektor-type bags. Didn't have the angle side plates. Real different!

Edit: In many ways , It looks more like a Hohen, but I never saw a black one.

Definitely it is one of the earlier Bald Eagle with adjustable side plates for Hunter class

I guess it will work with most rests? Sinclair,Hart,etc?

The threaded rod in the bottom is what makes it work with most rests... If you had an oddball rest that didn't require 3/4-10 threaded rod you could just replace that screw as needed. Sinclair sells the various rods, as did Bald Eagle. I had a Hart base that I put a Bald Eagle top on the screw fit really tight and didn't work well, Bill Gephardt fixed his screw to fit the hart base I had... That was a long time ago.
