Calfee Muzzle devise

Yeah, he was never in the tuner business, but I'm pretty sure he made some. Whether or not he had somebody else make them to his specs or not, I couldn't tell you. I do know people were willing to pay him at least $100 for one when you could have them made for $25 and that seemed a little steep. He wouldn't do it.

I know Martin, but that's just a character flaw you have and we don't hold it against you. We embrace you for it.

+4 Beau, ROFLMAO :D:rolleyes::eek:
Ah sugar, I guess this makes me a 'funny person' slap my hand if you must Wilbur.

Anschutz standard silhouette rifle barrel weight system

1986 - Anschutz 54 MS-ED. Threaded muzzle extension and removable weights.

Long time silhouette shooter. have a McMillan stocked Anschutz 54.18 from that time period. The rifle came with a threaded muzzle and what would later come to be described as a 'bloop tube" that a Anschutz barrel weight system could be attached to, to increase the overall weight of the rifle.

While it may have indeed functioned as a tuner device, believe the intent was to function as a barrel weight system, that is how Anschutz cataloged it. :)
