Aaron French usually posts the results in the region on benchrest.com. Probably would feel a little strange doing that for the Buffalo since Aaron won both the LV 100 and HV 100 today shooting a fine .1894" agg in LV and following it up with an equally fine .1804" agg in the HV 100. Mike Conry took both second place finishes with a .1934 in LV and a .1910" in HV. Scott Haywood finished third in the LV 100 with a .2126". Gary Bristow shot a .2034" for third in the HV 100. Looking at the Weather Channel prediction for the 200 yard finish tomorrow. They are predicting winds starting at 1 mph at 8 am peaking out at 7 mph mid morning and then dropping off to 3 mph by 2 pm. Temperatures starting at 72 and winding up at 92 by 2 pm. Looks like we'll see who is tuned up for tomorrow. Congratulations to some competitors who did a great job today.

HV 200
Charles Huckeba .1641
Mike Conry .1710
Steve Murphy .1912

HV Grand
Mike Conry .1810
Aaron French .2102
Scott Haywood .2310
Small Group LV 100 Steve Murphy .102
Small Group HV 100 Aaron French .075
Small Group HV 200 Kelly Mormon .168

Thanks for posting Mike, as always, was a pleasure to shoot with you and good luck next month in St Louis!

This is Midland?

Mike Conry shot aggs. of .1910, .1710, .1934 and .2211 to win the 2 gun with an agg. of .1941. That is some fine shooting! Rounding out the top five 2 gun were 2: Aaron French .2454, 3: Steve Murphy .2585, 4: BG Lott .2625 and 5: Gary Bristow .2664. Gary also won the Gulf Coast Shooter of the Year award for the third year in a row. That also is some fine shooting. Weather for Midland was fantastic. On Sunday morning some donned sweaters for a while. It was a rare weekend in Midland with the great shooting, toads hopping about, Larry Baggett pontificating, birds chirping and a rather unnerving medium sized sounding animal grunting coming from the 50 yard line. I never saw the beast. It could have been anything from a ground squirrel to Kim Jong-un. Tim
