Bolt click and brass memory

What do you consider a hot load for a ppc?
I tend to shoot from 29.5 - 30.3 of V133. At that loading I dont have any primer flattening or cratering.
We are not sure why but it seems to have something to do with the action.
I have been up to 30.5 on one or two cases just looking for high pressure signs in the primer but none yet.
A friend as well as some others have actions by the same maker and they start seeing signs in the upper 29s.

Who is a supplier of carbide bushings for a 30BR. I can't find any.
