Could you please post details of the rifle including pictures showing the stock from various angles.

I have been soooo worried about all this "most accurate .22 rimfire for sale".
But now that I checked my gun safe and found my J.C. Higgins is still there I am releived!:p:p

You could price it to me. Then I could see if I could find that much money in a short time period. I don't like auctions but am ready willing and able to buy stuff. I just think the seller should name his price and then I can decide if I can afford it.

I don't think you'll have any trouble finding a home for the rifle when you're ready to sell it. If its' the best you've seen, she sure must be a good one.
Now, some of the lots of ammo make it possible to see just how accurate a rimfire BR rifle can be. You should just hitch a ride with those guys and come on down to VA. I know you'd enjoy yourself. Lots of hospitable folks there at Kettlefoot that always make you feel welcome.
 
I think to say any gun is the best in the world, first you need to take on the world. I’d say the best smallbore guns are the ones who win the Olympics and the best BR guns will be the ones who win at the world championships.

More spending money for the USA team?? Did they tell you we are all staying in the red light district in Milan?

More US shooters would have been better, there are medals to be won in juniors and seniors too and I would have thought there would have been a couple of seniors on your side with deep enough pockets to go to Italy.

I think Bill is just showing his sense of humor.

Seems a lot of folks like to kick the man. If any of you guys were to talk to Bill Calfee in person or on the phone, I'm sure you would soon realize just how damn smart the man really is. I know he sure impressed the hell out of me, and I don't impress easily if you know what I mean. Bill Calfee is just a joy to shoot the bull with, and he's about as down to earth of a guy that you will see. Now some say Bill likes to talk in riddles, and I actually talked to him about that when he was on the phone with me. Bill actually wants to not come across as a know it all and likes to get others in the discussion by asking questions to make them think. Rather than tell a person they are wrong and proving it to them and maybe humiliating them like some people will do, Bill likes to get the person thinking on the same page as him, and letting them see that this might just work what he is saying. He doesn't like to hurt peoples feelings. So the next time you guys think Bill is talking in riddles, just sit back and relax, and maybe we all shall learn from the man who is just trying to share a wealth of gun info that he has learned over the years.

So tread easy.

Brian, can help but bite on this one. Mr. Calfee you got a lot of huevos I'll give you that but you really do need to get a life. That was very childish and not a bit funny. I would have thought you had more respect towards Mr. Harris.

Why don't you plaster your site with all the photos and information about this rifle that's what you really want. I don't see why you bother with all the trivia Heck maybe you get off on all of this. From one strange cookie to another I really enjoy responding to your comments and seeing what you have up your sleeve for the next post.

I don't think Bill Calfee would have to take a gun back with him. If he says "it's a shooter" it's a shooter.
 
A gun that good should be offered to our olympic team to help them win gold in China!

I've known you for a lot of years and I know the knowledge and dedication that you have for rimfire shooting.. A lot of these posters have never met you or had the opportunity to sit down and talk to you, so they have no idea of your attention to details and commitment to quality.
