ARC 100 yd Hunter Benchrest Match July 28, 2019
12 Shooters - 10 VFS & 2 Hunter
Hot, July temps in the 90's and rising. You'd have to say it was "gusty" since it took 3 starts for Match 1 cause 2 targets blew off. Tough enough where you think if you can shoot clean, then I could win! So the only 250 won today - and that was Bob Maedgen with a 250-10X. And Art Bosco shoots a 249-15X for 2nd after being away for months. Robert Rongero places 3rd with a 249-11X. And we welcome new shooter Marlin Goates shooting his new 6PPC, did well and even won the Best Target Kitty on Match 5 with 50-3X. Jon Aronson entered our first 6.5 Creedmore and shot 50's.....for awhile.
Only 2 Hunter shooters, Tommy Maedgen and John Gallaher duked it out to a 248 tie with Tommy getting 1st place with 9X's to John's 4.
