It's probably a typo or date was not updated. I don't think Harley even owned a rail gun back in 2003!

Not a whole lot of daylight between the 2nd and 5th place finishers. Congratulations to you all and hope to see you at Mainville in a couple of weeks!

I got a text from Harley today, so it would appear the report is correct except for the date.
