Not sure exactly where you are at as I am California myself, but here is a list of ARA clubs in your state.

Springfield benchrest Rifle club, 22 match every Monday evening @ 7pm
Different target type each week, factory class once a month
Range is @ Billings, MO

Lotts of them. Billings shoots tommorow night, outlaw and ARA matches are in Farmington Ar.
 
You've got a great (IMO) benchrest gunsmith right in Sullivan, MO. Namely Butch Hongisto. Send me an e-mail jfinn@mtaonline.net if you want contact info for him or look him up under the members list as Butch H. If you do that, send him an e-mail and not a PM as he doesn't get on the forum very often.

I just moved to Springfield.
How do I get more info on Billings matches and Springfield benchrest?
I usually only shoot rimfire.
Would like to shoot some local and possibly make matches in area.

Most everyone that shoots visits Nixa Pawn on a daily basis. Dan Hankins is also in Nixa but is in the hospital until tomorrow. If you want to shoot next monday, show up at the shop in the afternoon and follow the parade out to the range.
 
I think they are shooting unlimited so any 22 and rest. Call Rick at Nixa Pawn tommorrow and confirm.
 
You can give me a call anytime, my cell is 838 6644. We have a work day at the range Saturday morning and will be shooting silhouettes Sunday morning. Come out and get acquainted. If you can shoot here, you can shoot anywhere.

Does Nixa Pawn ever have any decent b.r. guns available?

Only 4 or 5 competitve BR rimfires 40x with Pac-Nor or Benchmark bbls, Jewel triggers, McMillan or Meridith stocks, some with Tuners Anschutz and Suhls
He has sold some when I didn't know about before this edit
