Ernie,
Thanks for putting on the match and thanks for coffee, drinks and the food. I enjoyed myself, and it was really good to see all of you guys again. Just shooting now, and then I don't see you guys every weekend like I used to. Congrats to all the winners, even Cliff:) Just kiddin' Cliff, great shooting!
Jim Pepper, we missed you and young Mr. Truman. Hope you guys will come to Blue Ridge next week. Bring all your friends too!!
Mike, great shooting, especially for your first time there. You did great, and it was good to have you shoot with us. I hope you will be back for the Blue Ridge match at Wilkesboro next Saturday. Just let up a bit on us next time:)

I appreciate all of the help.It made an enjoyable match.Wallace for the computer work,Kent for scoring and Allen for his all around assistance.Hope to see every one next month.

Kent,
I hope to be at Blue Ridge. We got back from Nashville about midnight and I could not make it up to come to Sparta.
Cliff, great sporter target

Jim,
Glad to hear you're coming to the match. The weather has turned really nice and made it enjoyable to get outdoors once again. I really hope you guys can make it.

Fred, yes I was shooting the Falcon actioned rifle, even though the stock is yet unfinished and the stain was a bit tacky. I stained the maple stock on Thursday night. I figure the only way to test 'em is to shoot them in a match atmosphere. I must say that the rifle never missed a shot but unfortunately the shooter missed a few by holding off too much-duhh, that'd be me, (sawdust for brains-probable cause). It's a new barrel design and drifts less in the wind, and I just haven't gotten used to it yet. Every shot I missed was from holding off just a bit too much. But that's how it goes. I'll get it figured out shortly. The action works great. It loads easily, bolt lift is smooth and easy, ignition is super, and it extacts and ejects well. "Bout all you could ask out of any action, in my opinion.
