addition of sighter bulls on group targets?

Anyone know what year it was when the extra sighter bulls were added to the official 200 yard group targets? I've got a stack of targets here with no bulls that are starting to deteriorate........

I do not know when they changed but was told the "Old Ones" are still OK to use for competition until "you use em up". Why buy more? We have a bunch of 300 and 200 yard "Old Ones and often use them on the Hospitality frames too.

I hav targets (100-200yd) from the 70's that dont hav the auxiliary bulls and targets from the 80's that do....so it musta been early 80's...my targets are all NBRSA, I forget when IBS did it, or was even started......Roger

That's what I was thinking.....sometime in the eighties, at least for the NBRSA. Have no idea when the IBS did it but I've got some IBS targets too that have no extra bulls and they're even more deteriorated than the NBRSA ones.
