Action trueing Rem 700

In the 90's there were two good articles on trueing a Rem 700 action IN Precession Shooting. One was the LaBounty system and the other ?? Maybe done by Dowling? Can anybody tell me what issues ? I have them (issues) from 1985-2004 and just can not find the articles. Thank you
 
Been thinking more about the articles. I believe both talked about sleeving the rear of bolt to true IN ACTION at close
 
James Boatright wrote technical articles about bullet flight. I do know that he did write one article in PS magazine about trueing the Rem action. Sorry I don't have my magazines anymore.

Boatright Custom Gun did the trueing work on my 40X. Both the front and back of the bolt are sleeved. Not sure what Mr. Boatright is doing these days.

There is an idex for the Precision Shooting articles.
