Are there any issues with using Rem 700 22-250 action for a 308 rebuild?

It's The Same Action.

And I mean that literally. The only difference in a 22-250 action and a 308 action is Remington installed a 308 barrel on one, and a 22-250 barrel on another.........jackie

Other than putting on a .308 barrel, no.

Thankyou for the feedback. When looking for stainless Rem actions (Canada), there seem to be a lot of "used" 22-250's for sale when compared with the number of other calibers using the 308 boltface.

The magazine is shorter in the 22-250. The action is the same.
