This may not be proper but I would like to suggest that everyone who competes in any of the sanctioned matches offered by the respective scantioning bodies, as a continuing education project, study the rules and By-Laws of the orginization they are a member of. There are only 42 pages in the IBS Rule Book and 8 pages of By-laws.

Many, Many misunderstandings could have been and will be avioded if all of us know the rules well.

Pete, this is a good topic for the competition forum.
I think I will print these and start studying in my spare time.
