A Beautiful Sight In The Midst Of Refineries, Chemical Plants and a Shipyard.

I am in Corpus Christi align boring the Struts and Stern tubes in a new 120’ 3600 HP push boat.

I got to the shipyard early this morning, and got to see the Sun come up on a cloudless horizon. I climbed to the top of the boat and took this. I can name it “Industrial Pastoral”.

I think, it was around this time of year. End Dec early Jan.
The Foreman says to me want to see the sun rise in the south. Come on.....
Yep, looking south into Tijuana. Was the sun coming up. In the south.... We were working at a shipyard in San Diego....
 
The picture of the sun coming up is great. Not only an accomplished benchrest shooter but a photographer as well.!!!!!!!
