6x47 Lapua question

I have a 6x47 lapua with a .269 neck( so obviously it is a turn neck).
Do you guys neck it down before turning or after?
What do you find is the best method cause right now I use a Redding bushing die and it won't size the neck completely to the base. So I am almost thinking it would be better to turn it before necking it down. I have been doing it the other way just cause I didn't have the stuff for 6.5...

I use a Foster 6X47 FL die, expand necks & then turn

There are some pictures in this ancient post concerning necking down and turning...... it's kind of my own early journey with the 6X47 so lots of unnecessary verbiage (when the thread was started 6.5X47L brass was new in the world.....) But I do show how I've successfully made very clean,k concentric necks. The tricks are #1, support and #2 to use a die that's capable of sizing to a sharp, clean shoulder.
