Need some help please, I have a 7BR, XP 100. It`s a center grip, 36x scope. I shoot it @ 100 yards for fun. Not a lot of target bullets to pick from so it`s time to change to either 6BR or 30BR. The 6BR will will be light recoiling ( this gun jumps off the bench when it shoots ) & bullets are cheaper than 30 cal. bullets, but the barrel will not last as long as a 30 cal. I understand that the 30 cal. barell will last a long time & the 6 won`t. I don`t shoot it in compatition, only for fun. I would like my barrel to last as long as possible. My question is, how much more recoil does a 30 BR have than a 6BR ? 6BR`s in XP100`s are popular because of the recoil. I know rifle recoil is different than pistol recoil, so could the 30BR shooters tell me how much more recoil they experienced when they switched from 6 to 30. Any advice you can give will be helpful. Barells are not cheap, so I can only do this thing 1 time. THANKS
