Yes, as long as it's the stock barrel.Does not shoot the way I want. If I send it to cz for new barrel does it still meet ARA FACTORY rules?

Yes. if they replace the barrel with the same barrel, then it's still a stock rifle.Don’t you mean a new/replacement stock barrel
