This Saturday, April 20th, Pinnacle Mountain Fish & Game Club of Lyndeborough, NH will be hosting the first of three USARBR/WRABF matches for 2013.

Where this first one is happening during April there is a possibility that the range will flood and become inaccessible. I will be making a trip up on either Thursday or Friday and will report back my findings here, so please recheck for my report prior to leaving as when the range floods, believe me, it becomes totally inaccessible to the point of sometimes even flooding the town road leading to it.

Start Time will be 9:00 A.M. with the Gates opening by 8.

We will be shooting 6 Targets, whether all one Class, 3 & 3 or whatever is up to you. Classes being offered will be: U.S. PRODUCTION, U.S. SPORTER, INT. LIGHT VARMINT, INT. HEAVY VARMINT, U.S. OPEN & U.S. UNLIMITED. Targets will be marked for Class prior to the start of the First Relay so you will need to decide how you want to approach this prior to receiving your targets.

The cost for 6 targets will be $15.00 (no $100.00 bills please).

These 6-Target matches typically run for around 5 hours, so bring your lunch or light snacks as there will be no food available at the range, but as always there will be a good selection of soft drinks and water from the Clubhouse refrigerator for a small donation.

And finally, it is now Black Fly Season so please make sure to bring along the Repellent of your choice.

If you have any questions or need directions, feel free to contact me by either emailing: dashattuck@gmail.com, or calling: 978-877-8482 and I will get back to you as soon as I can. And please, if you are thinking of coming in by relying on your GPS, that just ain’t gonna happen so you had better contact me about getting a hard copy of the directions before it is too late.

See you on Saturday, and good luck,

Dave Shattuck

I'll be there Dave, probably with Max along for the ride. Got something new I've been working on to shoot:cool:

Dave,
I will be at PM to help set up. Will have to see what gun I will be shooting.
Looking forward to Saturday's shoot.

I will try to make it

We'll see. I will be driving to Maine tomorrow, finally. Wish I could find a traveling companion for the Air Gun events.

I made my trip up to the range and found everything just great for Saturday's match. While there I took the "Shoot'n Shack" apart so all benches will be equal, plus did a full spring cleaning as I don't think anyone had lifted a finger since last fall. I even had to sweep off the bench tops. But now we'll be good to go.

The forecast is for a rainy trip in and lasting through the morning with sun during the afternoon - maybe, so dress accordingly with enough layers to keep warm as we won't be seeing anything out of the 50's all day, even after the sun shows up.

See you at the range,

Dave

It's been about the same here Dave for the last week + some 25mph winds thrown in for good measure. Still, nice to get out for some fresh air, it's been a long winter.

Good luck.

Brian
