31st Annual Hog Roast Match Recap - Lee Hachigian Rolls to the 2-Gun Win!

The Fairchance Rod and Gun Club in Smithfield, PA. held their 31st annual Hog Roast benchrest match this past weekend with 61 shooters attending.
Shooters enjoyed very mild winds over the weekend with a steady rain all day Sunday.

Lee Hachigian showed great early season form by easily winning the 2-Gun with a .1900” 2-Gun Grand Aggregate. Kevin Donalds, Sr. and Wayne Campbell also used their great skills to finish 2nd and 3rd respectfully in the 2-Gun Grand Aggregate.

On to the match…

Saturday morning greeted the shooters with very light wind conditions, which became the norm for the day. The top 11 shooters all produced teen-aggs with these optimal conditions.

Kevin Donalds, Sr. started the weekend in winning the LV100 with a small .1566” aggregate. Great job, Kevin!

The light winds continued with the start of the HV100 aggregate with the top 7 shooters all putting down tenn aggs. Lee Hachigian started to roll in winning the HV100 with a very small .1464” aggregate. Well done, Lee!
