i'm having trouble finding information on reloading 243 wssm using a 95gr. bullet and using hogdon powder. How much powder is the problem, any help out there?

That cartridge is not a BR cartridge. You may have more luck on the factory hybrid forum.

In addition to being on their web site, if you want a "hard copy", the loads are available in their 2008 Reloading Manual at a cost of $8.00. They list 90 and 100 gr., but for your 95 gr. I would start out "in the middle".
