2015 in a 30BR

I haven't shot any 2015 in a long time, but I remember it having about the same burn rate as N130 and H4198. So, by the book, it should work fine. It also meters quite well.
The knock on 2015 is it tends to vary from lot to lot, sometimes from can to can.
If I am not mistaken, it is a double based powder. I would treat it just like Reloader-7.........jackie
 
A little slow

I would consider it a tad slow for the 30BR. It will work ok with a 125gr-135gr. I shoot 40gr in my 30-30 behind a 125gr, and that's a case full. It will make less pressure in the 30BR since the capacity is less than the 30-30. When I shoot 110gr in the 30-30, I use about 38.5gr of H4198, and that's over half way up the neck and velocity is 3275 fps. The burn rate of H4198 is perfect for the 30BR and the 30-30. Keep in mind that I shoot the upper node. Maybe 2015 will work for you around 3000 fps.

I agree with Michael. The 1990-1991 Israeli 2015BR seemed to be close but I can't get enough in the case to go 3050 w/118's. With 4198 or that other strange powder it can be done easily.
