I was fortunate enough to rescue a peace of bench rest history from a barn. I bought a rail built by bill hall ser. #002. Its a 6ppc with a messer barrel . Looking to see if any of you older shooters have any info on this rail. Barrel block appears to be glued in rather than the typical split...
