I have tried Aquila "Pistol Match" in a pistol and was not pleased. However many bullseye shooters in my club shoot regular Aquila SE in pistols and like it. I have not tried any Aquila in a rifle yet.

I agree. Don't think of a 10-22 as a benchrest rifle. There are good reasons that no semiautos are seen in that game. I have one 10-22 that I have modified a bit and it's great but in my view wasn't made for precision - sort of like trying to make a Mini-14 into a target gun.
