The $50 Teslong 3rd world borescope is better than a flashlight & assumptions. The flexible or rigid unit will NOT focus to allow one to see the bore looking into gas port holes like a Gradient Lens will.

OP, Check the bbl twist. IF,it is a 1:10 twist,it has potential. If it is a 1"12 twist,sell it to a Winny collector.

OP, You will need the 2" &/or 4" sun shades that thread together of current production. The earlier sun shades do not thread together ie-2",4",6" shades & have different threads than current production.

+1000 I wouldn't put a Daisy Red Rider BB gun in a case w/ open cell foam in it. Desiccant crystals are attracting & absorbing moisture. Closed cell foam that is used for compound bow target centers is what all my hard cases have in them. (inletting required)
