This is true. Just another one of the great things about benchrest: when the shooters are at the line, no one is gonna be shooting in anything any different than the shooter next to you. Mother nature is no respecter of persons, but there are persons who stay better prepared. lol. Long live...

What's going on with the resale value of benchrest guns these days??? Used to, you never seen a BAT actioned rifle go for any less than $1900 no matter what stock it was in, and Panda's were always around $1600!!!! Now, if you are patient, it's not unusual at all to get a Stiller actioned gun...

It really just depends on what kind of bullets you want to shoot. The 1-9" twist barrel will stabalize up to a 69gr. bullet. The 1-12" twists normally do about a 55gr. bullet and lower. I've had a lot of 223s with a 1-9" twist, and I've had a lot of good luck as far as accuracy goes. I've...
