i live in maine and trying to choose from rimfire or centerfire.i have found a savage 6mmbr for $1200. i havent seen any 22 benchrest guns.i was just wondering what is shoot more in my area.

i think i will use my mossberg 44us(a) for the iron sight match. anyone else going to give it a try?

i dont understand why you would need to buy a $1200. action.dont the action just push the round into the chamber and eject the shell?

i have a savage model 116 in 270.i think i will buy a 6mm br barel for that to shoot benchrest.

i found a mcgowen barrel.i mite look into a 6mm br barrel.it seems alot easier to reload
