i have several 6 br barrels for one of my competition guns. a 308 bolt face. it will will shoot a little better with a 6 ppc but it does very well with the 6 br and a 14 tw barrel. it is pretty darn good with an 8 tw barrel and 68 barts ultras. i have 3 8 tw barrels that will do very well with the ultras. i know a fellow with a 10 tw ppc that does well also. from these observations the twist may not hurt as much as some would lead you to believe.
