Recoil Question for an expert

If what you and Vibe say is true then most of the shooters I know (including myself) will have to rethink their game.
Especially if this is “Interference with bench technique.” Whatever the heck that means?

It only means that any influence the block might have on the shot will NOT be due to any contact with the rifle before the bullet leaves the barrel.

Early in this thread benchrest technique was mentioned, where can read or learn more about this shooting technique since I'm very new to this sport.

your best bet is to go to a match and watch the guys shoot. and if you see something you can talk to the guys after and they can explain why they do different things. you can pick up alot more there than trying to imagine what there talking about here
