Mac McMillians' LV .009 World Record Is Under Assualt

I have seen the target that MacMillan shot. It was in the lobby of the stock making bldg.
I was told that it was as close to zero (0.000) as you could get but some number had to be assinged to it and that was 0.009.
I wish Id had the camera along the day we visited the stock company. I talked with the plant manager about painting a Mac stock and he gave me all the shortcuts. If I dont like the way it comes out, paint it again as "it is only paint."
Im probably going to do that this coming winter.
