I tried to seal with anodize sealant. Did not work, coating scrapes off easily. You could anodize with black dye but chemicals to get started would be expensive. Here is where I buy mine http://www.caswellplating.com/

I cleaned this scrap Al with NaOH, about 30 seconds in HCl 33 baume. Do outside. How I am going to seal with anodize sealant. I'll post pic after it's sealed.

have you tried HCl very reactive with Al. Not sure of colour. Or NaOH.

I have found in my limited experience that either 133 or 32 will shoot at a particular match. In most cases it is a big difference. Lt32 shot well for me at SS, but at IBS nats I could not get it to shoot but 133 did. Bill
