    Favorite 62gr .750 jacket bullets

Boyd, excellent explaination. I'll admit I had to read it four times to wrap my head around it but very useful. The man who taught me to handload did a great job in most respects but his loyalty to lord Weatherby did not allow us much conversation relating to seating depths. So I've been on my...

    Favorite 62gr .750 jacket bullets

Butch, I really should know that. I have always been hesitant to jam up bullets incase I have to eject a live one. The thing is I never had to do that so it time to get a pair! Thanks Tim J.

    Favorite 62gr .750 jacket bullets

My current barrel shoots great with 29.2gr of h322 and .750 jacket 62gr bergers. Now I'm not looking to get in an argument with my barrel but I would like to try at least ONE more bullet of this description. Does anybody have a bullet to suggest? Tim J.

    Help forming .22-.100 cases

Thanks for the help. I am very familiar with bulge/hump at shoulder from pushing metal around. The one I'm concerned with folds inward and runs length wise through shoulder. Joe, would you be of the mind to throw these cases away if they were yours? I guess if they NEVER come out what are they...

    Help forming .22-.100 cases

Hi, guys. Seems I'm asking way more questions than I ever answer but here's another. I have been, up til today, forming my .22-.100 cases with Butch Lambert bushing form dies. These dies are just awesome but some work is definitely involved. I had a machinist make me the little ram needed to...

    22's in unlimited?

Mike, may I ask why your not shooting the 22-100 anymore? I just ordered two new 22 cal barrels this morning and one was a 1-15" twist. Has any one else used this combination? Tim J.

    22's in unlimited?

I have identical weight barrels in each. While I agree that it obviously costs more and consumes more time, I like the fact that my BR guns can play which ever role I feel by simply spending 3 minutes spinning barrels

    22's in unlimited?

Thanks Jackie, that was a thorough explanation. So the answer to my question of "why do more 22's show up in unlimited equipment lists than the other 3 classes?" is because very few use them in the other 3 classes. Tim J.

    22's in unlimited?

Ok Skeetlee can I get a few of your loads? Been using 322 in all my ppc's. Thats a 6mm, a 22-100, and a 20. Just discovered the potential of 4198. Had a local sporting goods store special order 2lbs of n133 and almost cried when he casually said $107! Hope my gun hates that stuff! Also sitting...

    22's in unlimited?

Oh, I realize 22's are uncommon as a whole. I was referring to my observation that they seem to make to ten more often in unlimited than the three bag classes. Sometimes it is hard to come across on a key board.

    22's in unlimited?

Is it just me or am I dreaming? Every month I scan NBRSA news for loads for my 22br and 22-100 it seems to me that most 22's in the equipment lists are Shot in unlimited matches. Is this coincidence? Are 22's more apt For success in this class or is that few people using them in Lv-Hv...

    Anyone familiar with 20 PPC?

20ppc I have been testing mine with 32gr bullets with both IMR4198 and H322. Not blown away I'm afraid. Just received 200 40gr bergers that will be tried with both 4895's and possibly IMR4320. Mine has .237 neck. Tim J.

H4350 powder charge for 25-06 100 grn. Sierra MatchKing

P, I would not be afraid to substitute bullets at least for the starting load but only YOUR rifle can tell you the max. I have been looking at using that same bullet in my 25-06 Ackley. Please post results. Tim J.

34 Ford on the 4th of July

67 k-code The mustang is a '67. Cowlings behind door give it away. The 271hp 289 was the solid lifter version that Shelbly also used in the Cobra. They dropped it in '68 for the 302. I wonder what kind of groups it shoots?
