Your charge weights are suspect... 45gr of Varget will get you close to 27XXfps velocity with 175gr SMKs . 35gr of Varget would get you aprox 2220fps with 175gr SMKs....

Are you sure your load isn't 43gr/45gr respectively? That would be more compatible with Varget. 2749fps will get you to 1000 yards+
