Bob Cauterucio, long known in the shooting world as a fine bullet maker, passed away Nov. 12; he was 85 years old. He will be missed by many. May he rest in peace.

Tom and I started in Benchrest the same year (1989) and are the same age. I will miss him; my thoughts are with Carolyn & family.

I was travelling to Tacoma, WA for a BR match and stopped at rest area on I-5 in Oregon; there was Stu on his way to a cast bullet match in OR. Here we were 500 miles from home running into each other! Stu was a salesman for 3M in his work career. He was still quite the salesman at BR matches...

Sorry to hear Stu was my first gunsmith in Benchrest many years ago. He was still shooting until last year; he visited us at the range this year and was still sharp in mind but frail in body.

30 br seater die If one has a problem w/cases sticking in a seater die, "opening" it up to fit the case has no effect on the dimensions of the loaded round; it just makes it so that you do not have to pry the loaded round out of the die.

30 br seater If your cases stick in a Wilson seater die, you can send it back to Wilson (along w/your brass sample)& they will open it up for you.

This is the California State Championship, so I think it would be worth the trip to compete. The winner drove over 700 miles to be there(Congrats, Don!). Louis.J, how many competitors would you require to entice you to go to a match?

Mr. Thornbury was always out at the matches, perusing targets and checking who was shooting well. You knew that he had a good life, raising a fine and loving son. We will miss him.
