your thoughts on Burris xtreme tactical rings

what do you guys think of Burris xtreme tactical rings?? any experience with them? i bought a pair for my savage 12 along with a Millet picatinny one piece base. The rings and bases that i had on my gun were just the factory ones and I wanted an upgrade.
 
I have three or four sets.

They are not perfect.
They are huge blocks of black anodized Aluminum with lots of screw.
There is sometimes a burr that needs to be straightened out when installing.

But I would never spend 3 times as much on fancier brands that are almost the same thing.
They are always good enough for me.
