Your Opinion On A Good Gun Vise

I'm interested in buying a GUN VISE but don't know what's a good one to buy.
Can you guys please help me out?

Are you asking about a shooting rest or a barrel vise?

I like this one. A friend has one and it has been really handy for scope mounting, because it has leveling screws.

A gun vise, cleaning cradle, etc...???

Pretty sure you're looking for a cleaning cradle. Cleaning cradles are smaller and much easier to travel with than a gun vise. Typically, cleaning cradles will suffice at a Benchrest match.

I have a Tipton "Best" gun vise at home for cleaning and light gunsmithing. I take my MTM Portable Maintenance Center to the shoots. I also have a bunch of the Hoppes little orange cradles for use when cleaning multiple rifles at shoots or at home. They are cheap and handy. When you're cleaning 3 or 4 rifles with foam, it helps to have several.
