You gotta see this...!!!!

MDSpencer sent me a Video of a guy cycling the action on that a few years ago, really neat rifle that is for sure.

Pbike

I looked at the first photo and thought how nice the gun was and then saw the 78K.
But then seen the next one for a quarter million dollars......
Could buy a new house for that or at least a large part of one.

I suppose it's a matter of taste. I wouldn't want an engraving job like that done on any of my guns even if the artist did the work for free. Sure it takes a lot of skill, but the last thing I want to own is a gun that's too valuable to shoot. Two things I refuse to pay extra for when buying a gun are engraving and history.

Good point Butch...I really wasn't taken by the engraving as much as the engineering it took to produce a bolt action double rifle that fed from a magazine...the machine work was superb...at first glance it looked like a right bolt, left port, right eject action...I guess I wouldn't know a "samich" from a sandwitch at first glance..:D:D

Also the price on the second link was for "two" matching rifles...I guess one wasn't enough for the original owner...or he pressed the order button twice when placing his order "online"
:D:D:D:D
