Yes, yesterday I was reaming a chamber using my JGS floating reamer holder. I bought it back in June 2004 and have chambered around 3000 chambers with it. I thought it was bullet proof no puns intended. The part that broke was where the set screw locks the reamer into the holder. A piece chipped out reducing the threads to about 4 threads left. I took it appart to see what part I should order to repair the holder. I could repair it myself but it would take about an hour to do so. I called JGS and asked to buy the part. The lady at GS said they did not sell replacement parts for the JGS reamer holder. I was a little pissed. Then she said return it to JGS that it was still under the 10 year warrantee. I was shocked at their customer service. I bought a second reamer holder with a different mount. Now I will be able to use the reamer holder in both my lathe or mill. I would like to praise and thank JGS tool Company for their American made product, that has a great warrantee. This restores my faith in American manufacturing.
