Yes there was a 200-yard score match.
With a good turn-out for temperatures in the 20's. Light conditions until the fourth target.
I'll try and post a picture of the usual suspects; all Michigan denizens. A good time was had by all.
Tim usually posts the results.
I was e-mailed and asked to name the "usual suspects" in the picture. They are:
Front row: Francis Becignuel, Eric Simmmons (Francis' grandson), Richard P. Quigley, Paul Becignuel, Tim Bassham (range director).
Back row: Mel Newranski, Dominic (the "Dominator") Grunas, Joe (the "Schmo") Krupa, Ron Robovitski, Butch Lipscomb, Chuck Green.
There were three .30 BR's and eight 6PPC's. The .30's out-X'd the sixes (except Francis' - which stayed clean, but eschewed the center dot), but the sixes seemed to handle the wind a little better. Go figure.
The range basically won the match.
