World Qualifying match at Salem, NY Sat. 4/16

We'll be holding our first World Airgun Championship qualifying match at Salem, NY next Sat. The start time for the match is a bit up in the air at this point, as I won't know if I have to work Sat. morning till midweek. If I don't have to work, we'll start at 10am, If I'm working the start time will be 1:30pm. I will post the actual start time as soon as I know. We have 16 benches at Salem but only 4 portable target stands so let me know if you plan to attend. If it looks like we'll have more than 4 shooters, I'll try to build more stands before the weekend.

I will try to make it with a 12 lb gun.(3 rd time never fails) If I make it I will bring a target stand with me. (like Michael has)

Will let you know on Friday. I have treats for the scorers (Bear and Max)

Hope you can make it! I'll be shooting 12ftlb with you with my new CZ 200s. It showed some real promise today shooting outdoors.

I hope some of the N.H. boys can make it . I got one target in Wend. before dark with the EV2 . I hope to have a new 20lb. rifle on Sat . It looks like the rain well hold off in AM . See Yea Rick

Rick, I would be there except that I have family matters that can't be avoided. Hopefully next time.

Does the CZ fill the same as AA S400 MPR-FT? I have the adapter but need a female to male foster or female to female coupling.
I received the AA and cleaned the barrel mounted a scope last night. Ran it over the CHRONY way low. Took out the Transfer Port restriction screw came up to 11 fpe.
Sighted in at 25 meters likes everything I feed it CP 7.9 CPH, JSB,AA's.
Shot a indoor world target with only 100 bar and shot a 248 better than my USFT and Rapids at 20 FPE. If I get it filled will see how it does at SALEM. I will bring a target frame.
Are the tops on the tents in case of rain yet?

Not sure how the 400 fills, but my CZ tube comes off and screws into a Din adapter on the tank. I've been tinkering with it today, but the wind off the cornfield is to strong to see if I've made any improvements(or deprovements....is that a word?) Sounds like your AA is a shooter!

Anyway, yes, we have covers over half the range. There was still snow around the benches towards the woods last night so we'll have to shoot the windy side of the range. I had Staples print me up some regulation sized targets today and whipped up a scoring board to fit them so we should be in good shape for Saturday!

My bottle doesn't come off. Will look to see if Granger has a coupling I can use. Hope so.

Paul I have the Air Arms adapter for my EV2 . I do not know if it is the same. I do not know what I well be shooting . The slow leak turned into a big one . The tank was empty when I checked . It wont hold air . I can hear and feel the air coming out of the barrel when I try to fill it ( EV2 ) . Must be the Reg. I just got a Theoben MFR Thr. and do not know if I well have it worked out . I am going to try to get my air tank filed tonight as it is low and can only fill to 150bar . Well see you Sat. Rick

Can you bring your EV-2 fill even if you don't bring or shoot your EV-2 as it uses the same fill adapter as the MPR-FT. I ordered the 1/8 BSPP female to quick disconnect.
I have plenty of air.

Sorry guys, I don't want to jump into the middle here, or step on anyone's toes. Just want to let Todd know I will be there tomorrow.

I'll bring along my chrony just in case, along with targets and cookies (these look like some good ones, that is unless you're diabetic).

My AA adapter is all seat up to work with a quick disconnect so we should be all set .

No, but many times I've supplied Holbrook with cookies when we shoot Indoors. I'll try to bring some for you next weekend at Pinnacle Dan.

Guys,
Just a heads up on the weather for tomorrow. I copied this from Weatherunderground:

Partly sunny in the morning...then cloudy with a chance of rain in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 40s. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph...increasing to around 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph in the afternoon. Chance of rain 50 percent.

Lets hope we get done before it gets too bad! Also, since this is kind of a spur of the moment match, I won't have much to offer in the way of refreshments (other than Dave's cookies!)

Looking forward to tomorrow...I think!
