I Think I have all the Results on the World Rimfire website..
Just finished the Hunter & Unlimited Air Gun results.
http://worldrimfire.com/results/results2008.html
I know my website was for Rimfire and this is a Rimfire Forum but the concept of a World Event precludes that minor point of including Air Gun.
I have done my best to compile and tabulate the results without the benefit of the being able to attend and meeting the shooters.
In compiling these results I have heard grumbling on the food, score, teams, cheating, airlines, customs, warm beer, equipment and you name it!
But one thought I walk away with is that Italy pulled off a Word Class Championship that has the capability of changing the future of Benchrest Shooting – let’s not blow it!
They dealt with competitors from ten countries shooting five Classes of equipment in 25 and 50 meters AND shooting Three targets in each class- WOW This achievement is unprecedented and I hope that the USA can duplicate this feat in 2011!
Thanks All for your help, support and participation!
That’s My Two Cents.
