With standard SAMMI reamer 7 WSM with VLD my C.O.A.L is

Acquired some Berger 168gr VLDs My brand new BRUX bbl chamber was cut with a standard SAMMI 7mm WSM reamer. With bullets seated just touching the lands C.O.A.L is 3.000 Magazine box is 3.011. Is there any advantage to having the throat lengthened ? This rifle is for long range shooting with out the bull bbl.
 
Well just got back from shooting the above loads out of my rifle with standard SAMMI throat. Performance exceeded my expectations 70grs of Re#25 behind the Berger 168gr VLD produced an average MV of 3125 with under 1/2 MOA at 125 yds. BRUX barrels are awesome !!!!!
