I have aquired a winchester 52b sporter , It is need of a little attention I would give it a nra rating of very good except for the trigger gaurd and butt plate . I would like to locate replacements but have been unable to find them . will the parts from a 52 with a different letter after the model fit ? anybody know of a source for parts ?

I don't think the trigger guard and buttplate changed on M52 Sporters from the pre-A's to the Bs. The C model trigger guard had holes for trigger adjustments.

I think the 52B buttplates were the same steel buttplate Winchester used on Model 70s.
