Winchester 52 Gunsmith

I have a 52d that that i would like to have evulated for action ,barrel ,trigger & stock,,its a choice between money in this gun or a Anchutz 54 action BR rifle.I'd like to stay w/ the winchester if i can find the right gunsmith.
