Wilson/Redding neck bushing size

How much under outside neck diameter of a loaded cartridge are you neck sizing? Wilson recommends 0.002-0.003"; Redding says 0.001". We recently sent fired brass from a wildcat chamber to Wilson for them to make a custom die, and the sent a bushing that was 0.005" under.
 
Let the target tell you what size bushing your gun wants. ;)

A good rule of thumb is to have bushings from .002 to .004 under what a loaded round measure across the p.r. of the seated bullet.
