Wild River Air Rifle - USARB Report February 8, 2012

It was a good indoor match today. I believe everyone has now reached their 15 targets for Scoreline. This was also the first match where we had shooters in the Production Class. We welcome Steve Ware to Benchrest. He shot a terrific 240 card with his new Marauder. Oliver already has changes in mind for his next Production entry. Thanks again to Carol for providing homemade goodies. Her Steyr was also modified with a free floated barrel compliments of Mr. Dremel. May next try going back to her .22 barrel from her borrowed .177. Chris broke out to lead the pack in this match by 1 point. Good shooting, all

Thanks for the match report. Great shooting everyone.
Glad Carol's Steyr is shooting decent with the LW barrel. How Loud and how much air does she use on one card?

My Steyr is very loud!!! and I go through over 1,000 -1,200 psi with 30 shots. I do have the small
air tube and Carol's Steyr has the larger air tube.

Steve and Oliver are doing great in the Production Class. We have one shooter that shoots a stock Marauder.

Franky has shot 4 times his First targets 664 6X, 2nd match 681 6X, 3rd match 673 8X with 690 13X this last match.

Super to hear others are giving this new Production class a shot (pun intended!). Hopefully, the word will get out and growth will occur!

Nice shooting all. Any chance one of the guys could take a few shots of what you are using up there for rests and maybe a few of your FWB's? I would like a look at the range also if you wouldn't mind.
