Some fine performances today. Chris returned to the top of the heap with a great 748/39x while Steve reached and surpassed his 700 goal with his Marauder and a 726/17x. Our newest member, Linda Hopkins shot her first match with husband Mike’s FWB P70FT and turned in the high target of the day, 250/16x. Ron was testing his new TM1000 and was pleased but no thoughts of selling his FWB yet. Thanks go to Carol and Wayne for soups today.

Congrats to Steve! You're really getting great accuracy from that stock Marauder! All your hard work is paying off. You do have a great coach in Ron, which no doubt is a big help, but you are the one really working on improving your technique and finding the right pellet.

Chris has really got his FWB tuned great now too. How about Linda.. brand new to the game shooting a 250 16X!! Carol and I keep searching for the right barrel and pellet combo before the outdoor season gets started.

I do not feel prepared for the big match in Sacramento Sat. Sun., but at least Chris seems ready! Oh well, maybe tomorrow I'll find the right pellet in the back of my pellet cabinet and get some weighed before tomorrow night:).. I know I'll be having a lot of fun none the less!

Steve, You did something right with your M-rod

Ron, What cal is your RAW and what barrel? We have a fellow Mark N. that has one. His last match had a regulator problem with his. Not sure if he sent the regulator to Martin? If you want Mark's email let me know.

Who ever is shooting this weekend at the Western States have a safe trip. And keep them in the X ring.
Team USA West #2 the U.K. sure raised the bar. We had snow today and hope our match in Salem NY on the 25 is not as windy as this week.

Ron is a great coach, and I could not have gotten the Marauder to this point without him! It is certainly a team effort.
