Why?

Gun is a RWS Diana Mod 34 w/3-9 BSA scope.
It takes 10 - 15 shots before this gun starts getting consistent.
Pellets, weather, shooter, nothing seems to matter.
First shots are all over, then it settles down and really shoots well until the next time I use it.
WHY?

How old is the seal on the piston? If it has some age on it, it might need a little heat to start sealing good.

I'm going to say it takes 10-15 shots for the 'operator' to settle down. Such is the challenge of shooting a spring gun!
