Who Makes Different Tops for Lamon Loggins Rests

Can anyone help me with some names and contact numbers of people that make tops for Lamon Loggins rests.

I like the ones that Lamon makes for the rest and I'd like one that can use Edgewood or Protektor Bags to complete my options.

Fudd (Scott Hamilton) makes one that I use. It is adjustable but does not use any bags.
Both Ken and Scott make nice tops.
You will have to do some fitting on Scotts & not sure on Ken's.
I do not think anyone makes a "Drop-In" Replacement.
 
The tops that come with the rest (two of them) are sort of like Scott's ... with the small tube type bags ..... I'm looking for one that will take either edgewood or protektor type "full size" bags.

I use Edgewood bags in mine. I like them a little better. I have used both. My one piece rest has a Fudd top on it.
